An agent of the Barcelona player has claimed that Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur have made offers worth almost €100m for his client.
Vitor Roque‘s agent claims Premier League giants Manchester United and Tottenham have made bids of €100m (£85m) for the striker. But he ended up signing for Barcelona instead. Roque ‘s release clause at Barcelona is €500m (£428m) while his contract runs until 2031.
