Vitor Pereira has slammed Matheus Cunha for his poor performance and negative body language as Wolverhampton Wanderers lost 3-1 to Chelsea on Monday night. The
result left Wolves in 17th place, just outside the relegation zone on goal difference. Pereira was
unhappy with the team’s performance, particularly in attack, and has criticised Cunha for his behaviour

And rather than defend his player, head coach Pereira has urged for more from his best attacker.
Cunha walked straight into the dressing room after the game, to which Pereira replied: “This is something that should not happen again.”
Asked if Cunha might have been distracted by the transfer, the Portuguese said: “It’s normal for players to start feeling upset… It’s normal in football.”
