Vitor Pereira has slammed Matheus Cunha for his poor performance and negative body language as Wolverhampton Wanderers lost 3-1 to Chelsea on Monday night. The

result left Wolves in 17th place, just outside the relegation zone on goal difference. Pereira was

unhappy with the team’s performance, particularly in attack, and has criticised Cunha for his behaviour

. “I spoke about it in the dressing room. He can be upset because he wants to win, but everyone in the team wants to win,” Pereira said. “

I don’t like that kind of body language. I want a captain who tries to help the team, to run, to struggle, to fight together. This time I understand, เว็บพนันออนไลน์ UFABET สมัครง่าย โปรโมชั่นมากมาย but next time I won’t.”

The Brazilian star, who has worn the armband under Pereira when Nelson Semedo has been out, cut a frustrated figure at Stamford Bridge as he complained at team-mates and seemed not to put in the required effort.

And rather than defend his player, head coach Pereira has urged for more from his best attacker.

Cunha walked straight into the dressing room after the game, to which Pereira replied: “This is something that should not happen again.”

Asked if Cunha might have been distracted by the transfer, the Portuguese said: “It’s normal for players to start feeling upset… It’s normal in football.”
